I’ve been ordering from Uline for a while now, their bills are always right. No random extra charges, no invoice surprises, nothing that makes me waste half my day fixing someone else’s mistake. I blame other suppliers for making this feel like some huge luxury, because matching an invoice to an actual order should not be that hard. Uline gets it right, and it makes my month-end way less stressful.

They sent me the wrong item, which was super frustrating and completely their fault. I shouldn’t have had to deal with that in the first place. To be fair, support did sort it out quickly and didn’t give me any hassle, but the whole mistake still really annoyed me.

"The catalogs are honestly too much"
I ordered from them one time, and now, like, the catalogs just keep showing up in my mailbox. It feels wasteful, and kind of pushy too. I’ve tried to cut back on the mail and, you know, make it stop, but it still keeps happening. The products themselves were fine, so it’s not really about that, but the marketing stuff is just annoying enough that I don’t really feel like ordering again.

"Boxes were fine, Shipping was a bit Slow"
I ordered some boxes from uline and the delivery was okay, not awful or anything, but definitely not as fast as I Thought it would be. It ended up showing up a day later than I expected, which kind of threw off my packing schedule a bit. The tracking worked fine and the boxes arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. I just wish the shipping speed actually matched what I thought I was paying for. Overall it was Fine, just could’ve been quicker

When I saw the package, my first reaction was like, oh no, what happened here? The outer box was rough and dented, but thankfully everything inside was fine. Not a huge deal, I just expected it to show up looking a little cleaner.

I needed to update some info and ended up having to call twice, which was a little annoying. Not the end of the world, just one of those things where you think it’ll be a quick fix and then suddenly you’re making another call later. I’ll admit, my trust in product listings has gotten worn down after dealing with inaccurate measurements elsewhere, so I was half expecting something to be off. But everything was spot on. It made picking the right box easy without having to guess or hope for the best. Nothing flashy, just accurate info and no surprises, which I really appreciated. I’d use them again.

I order a lot of my shipping supplies from uline for my small business, and they’ve been reliable. The prices are usually solid, especially if I’m buying in bulk. I wouldn’t say every single item is the absolute cheapest out there, so I still check around when shipping costs start creeping up. But for how easy it is to reorder and keep things moving, it usually ends up being worth it.

I mostly use uline when I need boxes or other shipping stuff, it’s just easy. The search works well, and the filters actually help instead of making things more confusing, which I appreciate. Checkout is quick too, and if I need to look up something I ordered before, I can find it fast. It’s nothing flashy, but it does what I need and makes ordering simple.
